She sees herself as a facilitator, guiding clients through the process of goal-setting and committing to sustainable positive changes, one step at a time. She aims to empower them in a solution-focused journey with systemic family therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy, amongst other therapeutic approaches.

Jeanette has a Master’s Degree in Professional Counselling (specialising in Family Therapy) from the Swinburne University of Technology (Australia). She began her career as an auditor with a Big 4 international accounting firm and was a Chartered Accountant for over 20 years.

Jeanette enjoys cycling and exploring trails with her husband and two sons. She volunteers as a counsellor with HealthServe Singapore and Humanitarian Organisation for Migration Economics (HOME) to support the mental health of migrant workers.
